Pringle Bay BEACH – Swim / Surf / Sandcastles / Stroll / Run – Superb beach, fine white sand, generally well compacted so ideal for walks and runs (Dog friendly).

WHALE WATCHING (July – November) – Easily done from Pringle Bay Beach Villa from its spectacular elevated position.

Hangklip HIKING TRAIL (Peak 453m) – a circular 5km trail (About 2 Hours) and includes varied topography – Milkwood forests / Caves / Superb views of False Bay ** Hike Starts at end of Stream Road.

Pringle Bay Peak (159m) HIKE.

Buffelsstalberg (844m) HIKE– within the Kogelberg Biosphere.

HIKING from the nearby Parking lot to the Lighthouse is easily done. The Lighthouse was erected in 1950 and is 22m tall.

MOUNTAIN BIKING on the Gravel Road on the mountain side of Clarence Drive from Pringle Bay to Betty’s Bay and return (Starts opp. entrance to Pringle Bay).

MOUNTAIN BIKING on a spectacular ‘Jeep track’ between Pringle Bay and Rooi Els and return.

MOUNTAIN BIKING from the village of Pringle Bay out towards Hangklip and turning right to the Lighthouse.

 

Harold Porter National BOTANICAL GARDENS  – About 10kms from Pringle Bay at Betty’s Bay. A spectacular National Botanical Garden. Highly recommended.
